We at www.atzmi.com (the “Website”) greatly respect your privacy and take the issue of Internet privacy very seriously. By agreeing to our Terms of Service and User Agreement, you consent to the use and disclosure of personal information that you provide to us as outlined in this Privacy Policy. AS THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE WEBSITE INCLUDE THE PREPARATION OF PERSONALITY PROFILES BASED ON PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US, WHETHER DIRECTLY OR BY PROVIDING ANSWERS TO OUR “TEST” (THE “ATZMI TEST”), AND THE STORAGE OF SUCH INFORMATION AND PERSONALITY PROFILE BY US, WE URGE YOU TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THIS PRIVACY POLICY.

This Privacy Policy contains information with regards to the following:

• What personally identifiable information of yours or third party personally identifiable information is collected from you through our website;
• The organization collecting the information;
• How the information is stored and used;
• With whom the information may be shared;
• What choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution of the information;
• The kind of security procedures that we put in place in order to protect the information against loss, misuse or alteration; and
• How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

We are the sole owner of the information collected on our website. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways other than as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

We collect personally identifiable information from our Users at several different points on our website:

  • Personality Details
    Each User is required to take the Atzmi Test. We use the results of the Atzmi Test to perform a detailed character analysis of the User which highlights strengths and weaknesses on a wide range of character traits. This information enables us to create a personality profile (the “Personality Profile”).of each User and generate relevant communications with that User. 
     
  • Registration Information
    In order to use our website, our Users must first complete the registration form provided by us. During the registration process we request Users’ contact information, such as, cell phone number and email address and we require the User to select a personal password. This information is used to contact the User about those services on our site for which he or she has expressed an interest, and is also used as the User’s sign-in information.
     
  • Use of Services Information
    When our Users use our service, they automatically provide us with information such as IP address, preferences and certain areas of interest. This information is stored by us and used in order to provide our Users with better, personalized services.

  • Paid Services Through the Website
    For certain of our services, Users must provide financial information such as a cell phone number, credit card number and expiration date in order to pay for and use these services. The credit and financial information we collect from Users is automatically forwarded to our outsourced credit services provider, which stores and processes such information on our behalf. If we experience difficulty in processing transactions using the information provided, we may use contact information to get in touch with the User.

  • Communications with Users Using our Services
    Users who take the Atzmi Test will be offered various coaching, advice and other services which may involve communications, written or otherwise. The Personality Profile and all or some of the communications may be recorded and maintained on the  Atzmi database to be referred to by the providers of our Services in order to assist them in provision of those Services and/or to screen or edit the content of communications between Users and Atzmi Coaches to ensure quality of service.  However, such communications are treated as personal and private unless both parties agree to additional distribution. Information that is relayed between our Users and Atzmi Coaches is kept completely confidential, and no other Users or third parties shall have access to this information.

  • Cookies
    A cookie is a piece of data stored on the User’s hard drive containing information about the User. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our website. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a cookie on our site, the User would not have to sign in his or her email and password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.

  • Log Files
    An IP address is a number that identifies each sender or receiver of information that is sent in packets across the Internet. We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track our Users’ movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are also linked to personally identifiable information in order to improve our Users’ experience when using our site. We may also retain any emails, letters, or other correspondence between you and us to ensure quality control and the best possible service, although we have no obligation to do so.

Use of Information Available Through Us

We may use the personal information we collect and the results of the Atzmi Test to improve our services, for research and analysis purposes, to contact you, to personalize and customize the services you use and the content you receive (including advertisements), to ensure the quality of our services and, in an anonymous manner, to prepare reports to our third party providers or clients.

Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

In addition to other provisions of this Privacy Policy, we may deliver your personal information to third parties under the following circumstances:

• If obliged by any applicable law or regulation, if ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction, or to protect our legal interests; and
• In the event necessary, in our opinion and as required or permitted by law, in order to protect against imminent harm to you, to any members of the public (including other Users), or to our rights, property or safety, or to the rights, property or safety of our third party providers; and
• To third parties such as contractors and agents providing services to the Website or on behalf of the Website under a confidentiality agreement or under another agreement which includes privacy provisions. While such third parties will use the Personal Information to provide services to the Website  or to provide you with services on behalf of the Website , such third parties will not have the right to use the Personal Information for other purposes or otherwise share the Personal Information; and
• To pertinent third parties, such as investigators, law enforcement personnel or credit reporting agencies for the purpose of administering, operating and maintaining our Service and following up on any claim of fraud, identity theft, security concerns or activity which may be illegal or unauthorized; and

For example, we may provide personal information to a third party in connection with the sale, purchase, merger, reorganization, liquidation or dissolution of Atzmi or one of our affiliates.

Sharing

We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This will not be linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.

We use a telephone billing aggregator and a credit card processing company to collect payments from Users for use of our paid-for services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

The Website is hosted by a hosting service, www.rackspace.com. Our agreement with the hosting service includes a confidentiality clause protecting our users’ personal confidential information stored on the hosting service’s servers, subject to certain exceptions.

We reserve the right to partner with another party to provide specific services. When a User signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties will not be allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

Our website may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our Users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every website that collects personally identifiable information. Security We Provide

We use the services of a web hosting service, a telephone billing aggregator and a payment gateway service. We take every reasonable effort to protect your personally identifiable information and to ensure that our service providers are obligated to do the same (for example by requiring username and password before displaying personal information). When our registration form asks Users to enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted. We use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer, or  SSL, which employs encryption and firewalls to protect against loss, misuse, and alteration of any personal data under our control. While on a secure page such as our registration form, there is a “locked” icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer. Correcting/Updating Personal Information

If a User’s personally identifiable information, such as an email address, changes, or if a User no longer desires to use our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that User’s personal data provided to us.

Our Users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our website at the point where we ask for or send information. Our registration form has an ‘opt-out’ mechanism to allow for removal from newsletters, promotions, etc., and Users can always choose to ‘opt-out’ by following the appropriate mechanism provided on our website. Users of our site will always be notified when their information is being collected by any outside parties. We do this so our Users can make an informed choice as to whether they should proceed with services that require an outside party, or not.

Solicitation, Collection, Usage and Disclosure of Personal Information of Children
